ROMLOAD v1.99q was released. To encourage people to find more patches, the all-combination patches for Konami games were added to the manual. Other changes are:

• Fixed a bug causing /F not to work anymore after a conversion switch
• Added force language selection
• Added force MSX version selection
• Added ROM image in Page 0 support
